What is Testosterone

Testosterone is a hormone produced by the testicles in men, while the adrenal glands and ovaries in women produce the steroid hormone, albeit in much smaller amounts. Testosterone is also a medication that aims to exogenously administer the hormone into the system, transdermally, intramuscular or via subcutaneous pellets.
