Doxycycline has an elimination half-life of 12-25 hours. Thus it is expected to be eliminated from the system 66-137.5 hours after you last take a dose.

In simpler terms between 2 days 18 hours and 5 days 17½ hours after you have taken the last doxycycline dose, it will be excreted from the system.
