Acetaminophen has an elimination half-life of 1-4 hours, meaning that 5.5-22 hours after you have taken the last dose, it is likely to be excreted from your body.

There are certain variables that may increase or decrease this time-frame, they are:

  • Body Mass
  • Liver conditions
  • Urinary pH
  • How long it was taken
